How We Launched Our 4th Summit in Just 5 Months
And grew our network without spending 10s of thousands of dollars
--
Today marks a rather special moment for the team at Synergy Collab.
This morning HOPE.dev: The Summit 4.0 launched with 13 new speakers added to our growing list of Hope Master speakers.
The results of the summits have been spectacular, but it’s the transformation of ourselves that impresses me the most. Kaid has grown so fast since we started planning our first summit in September.
As the face of the summit, The Hope Man, Kaid’s role was both physically and mentally challenging. He’s spent 55+ hours on Zoom interviewing experts, consultants, and coaches, asking them how they bring hope to their customers. It’s exhausting to exude passion, energy, and sincere interest for that long, but Kaid has done it over and over again with a smile on his face every single time.
It’s inspiring.
He’s grown in his confidence on camera, he’s honed his interviewing skills, and just about perfected his storytelling capabilities. He’ll say he’s still got a long way to go, but I have the objective view to say he’s already achieved to a level most never get to.
As for me, I’ve learned how to build funnels, create products, develop follow up email sequences, coordinate multiple freelance projects, communicate with over 50 busy entrepreneurs, and much more. As a project manager, I’ve grown tremendously. As a person, I’ve found my voice.
If you would have asked me 6 months ago what I thought hosting a virtual summit would do for us both personally and professionally, I don’t even know if I would have been able to come up with an answer.
Well, now I can say with the utmost confidence that it would and did change our lives forever.
